The partisan movement "ATESH" recorded and published the consequences of a precise strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the building of the district department of internal affairs in the Chechen Republic. Agents of the movement provided photo and video confirmation of the damage to the object, which the occupation authorities had long considered a safe rear. This is reported by UNN.

The attack, which took place in early December 2025, targeted an object at coordinates 43.347121, 46.095567. The fact of a successful strike on a power structure in a region that Ramzan Kadyrov positions as fully controlled and protected indicates the vulnerability of Russian occupation administrative bodies even at a great distance from the front line. Activists of the movement emphasized that local security forces could not prevent either the strike itself or the subsequent reconnaissance activities of the partisans.
