The Prosecutor's Office has returned to Odesa the local architectural monument - the building of the Mutual Credit Society, which has an area of 3183 square meters and a value of 75 million hryvnias. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.
Details
The prosecutor's office has succeeded in returning to municipal ownership an architectural monument of local significance - the building of the Mutual Credit Society in Odesa, which was built in 1903 and designed by architect O. Bernardazzi. The area of the monument is 3183 square meters and its value is UAH 75 million
It is noted that the prosecutors filed a lawsuit in connection with significant violations of the terms of the building lease agreement - the tenant did not pay for the use of the property in a timely manner and did not carry out repair and restoration work to restore the monument.
"The court upheld the prosecutor's claims for debt collection from the defendant, termination of the contract and obligation to return the communal property. Currently, the prosecutor's office is taking measures to ensure the enforcement of the court decision," the prosecutor's office said.
Recall
