Details
We are talking about land in the Obukhiv district on the banks of the Stuhna River, a right tributary of the Dnipro.
Prosecutors proved in court that the district state administration had illegally sold the land to commercial entities for the construction of facilities for cultural, health and recreational purposes. At the time, only the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine had the right to dispose of forestry land.
The owners of the land plots are legal entities associated with a former MP, co-founder of the OPFL political party. The ultimate beneficiary of one of the companies is his wife, who is subject to sanctions.
The Kyiv Commercial Court granted the claim to return the land to state ownership.
