Zelenskyy announced the conditions for a ceasefire that could be discussed in Saudi Arabia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a joint press conference with his Czech counterpart Petr Pavel, announced an expected meeting of technical groups in Saudi Arabia on Monday. He emphasized that Ukraine will support any steps that will contribute to a ceasefire, reports UNN correspondent.

We will not be against any format, any steps towards an unconditional ceasefire. The first step may be, and precisely because of this, a technical meeting - it is silence in the sky, or the conditions that Trump discussed with me on the phone, he told me what they talked about with Putin. Namely, not to hit energy facilities and other civilian infrastructure with missiles or other long-range weapons

- Zelenskyy noted.

The head of state added that other civilian infrastructure, the number of objects and other important issues were also discussed.

Therefore, I think that our technical team will be ready with a list of civilian objects. But I cannot tell you how this meeting will end, because we see technical teams and I think it would be good if the meeting ended with some result that could bring us closer to a complete ceasefire

- the president explained.

Zelenskyy added that the result will depend on whether the parties really want to stop the fire, and not pretend that they want to. Zelenskyy also emphasized that the team will be at a sufficiently high level, technically professional people. Also, the Minister of Defense will be there separately. We will be ready to be very fast and very substantive.
