Ukraine has handed over lists of a thousand people to Russia for a large-scale prisoner exchange. Zelenskyy reported on US guarantees in this agreement.
A prisoner exchange between Ukraine and the Russian Federation in a 1,000-for-1,000 format is being prepared.
