Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov and Commander-in-Chief Syrsky met with a delegation from the European Parliament in Kyiv to discuss increased military aid, priority needs such as air defense systems and artillery, and continued training for Ukrainian troops. The EU reaffirmed its unwavering support for Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.
Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi met in Kyiv with a delegation of heads of European Parliament committees. The meeting was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, UNN reported.

Rustem Umerov also noted the great importance of the European Parliament and the European Union's assistance to Ukraine in the war against the Russian aggressor.
According to him, the intention to increase the volume of aid is of great importance for the military, civilians and Ukrainian infrastructure.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine outlined the priority needs of the Security Forces, emphasizing the need for air defense systems and missiles, as well as artillery systems and ammunition, including long-range firepower.
