Ukrzaliznytsia returns tickets lost after the cyberattack to users

Electronic tickets purchased before the cyberattack will be restored in passenger accounts. Ukrzaliznytsia provided instructions for restoring the ticket in your account.

"Ukrzaliznytsia" has recovered a bit from the largest cyberattack and announced the beginning of the return to users of tickets lost after the cyberattack that were purchased earlier.

Now, electronic tickets purchased in the Ukrzaliznytsia application and on the website before the cyberattack will be restored in passengers' accounts
Ukrzaliznytsia also gave instructions on how to restore a previously purchased ticket in your account.
To do this, you need to:
- Log in to your account on the Ukrzaliznytsia website or application;
- click on the banner on the main page, which will take you to a separate ticket regeneration page;
- click the "Download PDF ticket" button; save the recovered tickets to your phone.
We recommend that all passengers add their current email address to their accounts in the application and on the Ukrzaliznytsia website, as all new tickets are automatically duplicated to the email if it was specified in the user's profile
