The company "Ukrainian Armored Vehicles" is improving its line of attack UAVs, in particular the UB60D drone, by introducing new warheads and an automatic target acquisition system. This was reported by Defense Express, writes UNN.

According to the association, the UB60D version with an automatic targeting module is in the final stage of codification. Drones with warheads based on 82-mm mines and variants with a "shaped charge" type warhead were also presented.
During testing, the drones hit targets both in airburst mode and on contact.
Target acquisition
Separately, the operation of a drone with a targeting system for a moving target - a ground robotic complex - was demonstrated.
Military personnel paid special attention to solutions with an integrated warhead - they noted the speed of preparation for use and the convenience of working with drones
Such a system allows the drone to independently hit the target without operator intervention at the final stage, maintaining resistance to electronic warfare means.
Production and development
The basic UB60D drone is based on a 60-mm mine and has an integrated warhead, which allows it to be used without additional equipment.
Serial production started in August last year. Currently, the company is capable of producing up to 80 complexes per month, which is about 20 thousand FPV drones. Versions with 82-mm and 120-mm ammunition are also being tested.
