President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree imposing sanctions on individuals and companies involved in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain. The package includes 13 vessels, 11 Russian citizens, and 28 legal entities.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on imposing sanctions against individuals and companies involved in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain, as well as vessels involved in it
The sanctions package includes 13 seagoing vessels flying the flags of: the russian federation - 8, Panama - 3, and Belize and Saint Kitts and Nevis - one each, as well as 11 russian citizens and 28 legal entities.
All of them are involved in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Sanctions have also been imposed against the owners of these vessels, their captains, and companies involved in exporting our grain. Ukraine will provide partners with all the necessary information to synchronize sanctions across international jurisdictions
