For the third time in a row, the New York Court of Appeals has rejected a request by former President Trump's lawyers to postpone the upcoming trial in the money laundering case.

The case concerns porn star Stormy Daniels. Prosecutors say that Trump instructed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to pay Daniels $130,000 for her silence. Shortly before the 2016 election, she claimed to have had sex with Trump several years ago.
