The US President announced a possible end to the truce with Iran. Trump promises to resume attacks if there is no new agreement between the parties.
US President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he may not have to extend the ceasefire with Iran, which expires next week, even as he threatened to resume hostilities if the two sides fail to reach a deal, UNN reports with reference to CNN.
"We're doing very well, I can tell you," Trump told reporters at the White House. "I'm not sure it needs to be extended."
He added that Iran is seeking a deal and said it was "ready to do today what it wasn't ready to do two months ago."

Asked what would happen if the US and Iran failed to reach a permanent agreement, Trump vowed to escalate attacks again.
