President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report from the Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi. It was about strengthening the positions of the Armed Forces in Kursk region and expanding the stabilized territory, and in addition - replenishing the exchange fund for our state, UNN reports.

"First, the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions. Dozens of Russian assaults on our positions over the last day. But our soldiers and units are doing everything to destroy the occupier and repel the attacks. The situation is under control.

The second is an operation in the Kursk region. As of this morning, the exchange fund for our country has been replenished. I thank all the soldiers and commanders who are taking Russian soldiers prisoner and thus bringing the release of our soldiers and civilians held by Russia closer," Zelensky said.

According to the President, General Syrskyi also reported on the strengthening of the positions of our forces in Kursk region and the expansion of the stabilized territory.

"The third is to provide our actions with weapons and strong decisions. We are working on new support packages for our country from our partners. We are identifying priority items. The main thing is to limit Russia's offensive potential and our long-range capability. We are preparing the relevant instructions for Ukrainian diplomats," Zelenskyy summarized.
