The Russians have intensified their activities in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, but it is not yet possible to talk about an offensive on the regional centers, said Andriy Kovalenko.

The head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, believes that there can be no question of a Russian offensive on Sumy and Kharkiv at the moment. He wrote about this on his Telegram page, reports UNN.

According to the head of the CPD, Kharkiv and Sumy should not be confused with Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Indeed, the Russians have become more active in these areas, but it is definitely impossible to talk about an offensive on regional centers yet, Kovalenko says.
He added that the words of the military should be interpreted correctly, and not distorted.
