At the same time , upon request of medical institutions, including maternity hospitals and residential care facilities, the heating season will be extended.

The agency said that Teploenergo is entering the off-heating period with a huge debt of UAH 1 billion 523 million owed by the city residents.
The director of the utility company Teploenergo emphasized that work is currently being organized to maximize the collection of payments for heat energy from debtors.
