The Cabinet of Ministers is launching a pilot project for residents of 4 regions who will receive gas in cylinders as humanitarian aid. Local authorities will collect applications from citizens and pass them on to gas distribution networks.
The Cabinet of Ministers will launch a pilot project for residents of Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, which will allow them to receive gas in cylinders as humanitarian aid. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a government meeting, UNN reports.

"We provide people with liquefied gas. A pilot project will be implemented for residents of Donetsk, Sumy, and Kharkiv oblasts, which will allow them to receive gas in cylinders as humanitarian aid. Local authorities will collect applications from citizens and pass them on to gas distribution networks. Special attention will be paid to veterans, large families, single people, people with disabilities and the poor," Shmyhal said.

Taras Melnychuk, the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, clarified that the pilot project will also operate in Kherson Oblast.
