"Key installations of the enterprise were covered with anti-drone nets, but that did not save them. A fire is raging on the territory of the plant," the SSO noted.

"This is a second strike on the Tyumen Oil Refinery by the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces. Previously, the enterprise was successfully attacked a month ago – on June 20," the SSO recalled.

Tyumen is one of Russia's large oil refineries with a processing capacity of up to 9 million tons of oil per year. Due to its high processing depth, it specializes in the production of high-quality gasoline and diesel fuel.
