Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders 84 times along the front line. The greatest enemy activity is recorded in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and Huliaipole directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to UNN.

According to the military, the most intense battles are taking place in the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers have tried 32 times to dislodge Ukrainian units from their occupied positions in the areas of Bilytske, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, and a number of other settlements. Two combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 13 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Novopavlivka, and Sofiivka. Some of the battles are still ongoing.
Active hostilities also took place in the Huliaipole direction, where the Defense Forces repelled 16 enemy assaults. Five more combat engagements remain unfinished.
In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of Ukrainian troops seven times in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia, and other settlements.
In addition, the Russian army continues to shell the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, and also carries out air strikes on border settlements.
