A settlement in Ukraine without the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbas will remain at a standstill even after 10 rounds of negotiations. This was stated to Russian media by Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian dictator, UNN reports.
Ushakov noted that "Kyiv will sooner or later realize that it will have to withdraw its troops from Donbas and will do so."
