The Rada has begun considering the €90 billion agreement with the EU. Members of Parliament are complaining about the tight deadlines for working on the document, which was reportedly "translated overnight."

The Verkhovna Rada has begun considering Bill No. 0376, submitted by the President, on the ratification of a loan agreement and memorandum with the European Union for 90 billion euros, amid criticism from MPs regarding the tight deadlines, UNN reports.

"The Rada is moving to consider ratification No. 0376 — the memorandum with the EU on the provision of €90 billion. It is being presented by Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko," MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram.
Earlier, Zheleznyak stated that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during meetings with MPs, did not mention the intention to submit the memorandum with the European Union to parliament, which now must be urgently considered on the final plenary day.
According to Zheleznyak, the Ukrainian leader did not mention the submission of the EU memorandum either during special meetings with representatives of his own faction or during communication with MPs from other political forces.
"Interestingly, at no meeting with deputies—neither with his own faction nor with others—did the President mention that he would submit the EU memorandum and that it would need to be voted on urgently on the last plenary day," Zheleznyak stated.
The parliamentarian also noted that the document had to be translated hastily overnight, after which it was scheduled to be quickly brought forward for ratification.
"So they spent all night translating in a rush, and now they are going to push it through for ratification before people have finished reading the details," the MP added.
Zheleznyak criticized the level of planning during the preparation for the document's consideration in parliament. According to him, this is not the first such situation in the last week.
"The level of strategic planning is 'god-tier.' Twice in a week now, they haven't been able to calculate the story even one day ahead," he stated.
