If a person liable for military service fails to pay a fine for out-of-date data, his or her property or accounts may be seized by the state executive service.
If a person liable for military service does not pay a fine for unupdated data, the case may be transferred to the state executive service, which may lead to the seizure of the debtor's property or accounts. This was reported by Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Ministry of Defense, according to UNN.

Garbuz says that the fine under Article 210 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for the first offense is UAH 17,000, and for a repeat offense within a year - UAH 25,500.
If a citizen fails to pay the fine, the case may be transferred to the state executive service. In this case, the debtor's property or accounts may be seized,

No automatic fines will be imposed for failure to update military registration data by July 16. Fines may be imposed within three months from the date of detection of the offense and up to one year from the date of its commission.
