Details

The Ministry of Defense emphasized the significant volume of procurement, a large number of which was made from domestic manufacturers. This is intended to confirm the ministry's determination to provide the Armed Forces with modern resources to maintain combat capability and efficiency.

The goal is to guarantee stability and reliability in providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine with modern weapons and logistics equipment, as this is critical for the successful performance of military tasks

- said Deputy Defense Minister Dmytro Klimenkov.

It is reported that the Defense Procurement Agency signed contracts for the supply of weapons worth UAH 222.2 billion, and the State Logistics Operator secured purchases of logistics equipment worth UAH 61.7 billion.

The procurement includes modern weapon systems, ammunition, clothing, personal protective equipment, food, etc. This will significantly increase the operational efficiency of our military units, strengthen their combat readiness and adaptability to modern combat conditions.
