PlayStation users have reported unexplained account blocking and loss of access to purchased games. Sony has not publicly commented on the issue.
PlayStation gamers report that access to their accounts and games on PS4 and PS5 is being blocked without any clear reason. This is reported by TheVerge, according to UNN.

Many PlayStation Network users reported on Monday that their accounts were unexpectedly suspended permanently.
This account has been permanently suspended from the PlayStation Network due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement,
One user complained about receiving a similar message, and a look at PlayStation's Facebook and Instagram accounts shows dozens of people who have received similar messages in the past few hours.
As the outlet notes, some who have received these suspensions are understandably upset, as they may have spent a lot of money on digital PlayStation games that they no longer have access to.
Sony has not publicly acknowledged the problem. On Sony's support page for "important messages" PlayStation support page has nothing about any issues, and the company has not posted on its PlayStation or Ask PlayStation on X (formerly Twitter) social accounts.
