Kyiv • UNN
At the meeting in Riyadh, Ukraine and the US discussed a comprehensive ceasefire, especially regarding energy facilities and the Black Sea. Territorial concessions were not discussed.

In Riyadh, during a meeting with the American side, technical consultations on a comprehensive ceasefire continued, and there was no talk of territorial concessions. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa on Facebook, UNN reports.
... continued technical consultations on a comprehensive ceasefire, which was agreed with the American side in Jeddah. An agreement was reached on a ceasefire regarding energy facilities and in the Black Sea, which comes into force from the moment of publication of a joint statement with the United States. We warned the American team that the Russians would stall for time and put forward additional conditions
The Deputy Head of the Office of the President stressed that this is another proof that Ukrainians want a real and fair peace.
Palisa added that Kyiv is "interested in a parity ceasefire, and we will respond immediately in case of violation of agreements."
Well, as for the "red lines": no talk of territorial concessions. This is all Ukrainian land, for which we are fighting and will fight under any conditions. We continue to work on effective mechanisms for monitoring the ceasefire and obtaining effective security guarantees, because it is obvious that there is no trust in the enemy side. The struggle continues!
