This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets during a press conference, according to the journalist of UNN.
In order to survive in the TOT, unfortunately, Ukrainian citizens have to take a Russian passport. Legally, as a state, we do not recognize it - it is a means of survival. In my opinion, you cannot survive without a Russian passport. Will there be any responsibility after the de-occupation of the TOT for obtaining a Russian passport? No, there will not be
He clarified that if a person did not just take a passport, but also participated in the management of the occupation authorities, held leadership positions and other illegal actions, such actions will be legally assessed.
