Lubinets offered South Africa to mediate the return of all Ukrainians home

Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, suggested that South Africa could become an important mediator in bringing all Ukrainians home.
During a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa to Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, suggested that South Africa become an important mediator for the return of all Ukrainians home, UNN reports.
"Today I met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa to Ukraine, Shuab Kasu," Lubinets wrote.
He thanked South Africa for supporting the Peace Formula of the President of Ukraine, for participating in the International Coalition of Countries for the Return of Ukrainian Children and the International Platform for the Release of Civilians Illegally Detained by the Russian Federation.
"We discussed the return of Ukrainian children and civilians. I provided Mr. Ambassador with the information materials prepared by our organization. In particular, I emphasized the brochure in which we described the fate of 208 civilians detained by Russia in Crimea. After the discussion, I offered South Africa to become an important mediator for the return of all Ukrainians home!" Lubinets said.

Qatar and Ukraine discussed cooperation on the return of Ukrainian citizens from Russia.
The information system on the treatment of prisoners of war was approved, and the tasks of the Coordination Center for the Treatment of Prisoners of War were transferred.
