Russian invaders shelled Vovchansk twice in one day. A civilian was injured. The consequences of the attack on the city were shown in the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, UNN reports.

According to investigators, the occupiers attacked the city at about 10:20 and later at about 13:25. As a result, residential buildings, outbuildings and a car were damaged in Vovchansk. A local resident of 66 years old was hospitalized with an injury.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces. Criminal proceedings have been opened over the shelling and pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Earlier UNN wrote with reference to the head of the Kharkiv Military Administration that on March 11, the Russian military attacked the Vovchansk community, Kupiansk district and Kharkiv district. At the time, it was reported that four people were injured and private houses were damaged.
