Iran will not open the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for "empty promises." A high-ranking Iranian source told Reuters, according to UNN.
The source claims that Iran will show flexibility "when we see flexibility from the US side."
He adds that Pakistan, which is trying to mediate a peace deal, continues to send signals to the US, but Washington "has not changed its tone."
