The situation in the Kharkiv sector remains tense. The enemy is trying to penetrate Ukraine's defense by concentrating forces near Hlyboke and Vovchansk, but Ukrainian troops are in control of the situation.
As of 10:00 a.m. on July 27, the situation in the Kharkiv operational area remains complicated and tense. The enemy has concentrated its main efforts in the areas of Hlyboke and Vovchansk. However, the Defense Forces are in control of the situation. This was reported on Saturday by the OTU “Kharkiv”, UNN reports.

Over the past day, the Russian occupiers have continued to try to penetrate our defense, trying to drive Ukrainian units from the occupied lines. In an attempt to regain the lost ground, the enemy concentrated its main efforts in the vicinity of Hlyboke and Vovchansk
It is also reported that the enemy is reorganizing assault groups and actively conducting aerial reconnaissance, continuing to look for weaknesses in our defense.
In order to strengthen the enemy's frontline positions, the enemy moved several groups in the area of Sotnytsia Kozachok.
Over the last day, 10 combat engagements took place. The enemy launched 16 air strikes against Ukrainian troops' positions, using 24 UAVs. The areas of Liptsy, Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Vovchanskykhutory, and Tykhy were targeted.
The occupiers carried out 36 strikes with kamikaze drones and fired 458 times at the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Since the beginning of the day, 2 firefights took place in the area of Hlyboke.
As noted, the Ukrainian defense forces continue to effectively destroy the manpower and military equipment of the Russian occupiers.
Enemy losses (irreversible and sanitary) amounted to 88 people over the past day.
In addition, the enemy lost 16 units of weapons and military equipment in this sector, including: 3 artillery systems, 6 vehicles, 2 units of special equipment, 5 UAVs.
Destroyed:
- 70 shelters for enemy personnel;
- 2 ammunition storage points.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces are in control of the situation and continue to perform tasks to repel and deter the armed aggression of the Russian Federation,” the Kharkiv military command emphasized.
