While the emergency workers were dismantling the destroyed structures, her closest relatives - her son and daughter-in-law - were waiting nearby. The elderly woman was alone in an apartment on the top floor of a five-story residential building, so every minute of waiting seemed like an eternity. Fortunately, the woman was rescued. She is currently receiving medical assistance
According to the State Emergency Service, as a result of Russian missile strikes on Lviv, 33 people have been injured, including 3 children.
At the same time, according to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ivan Vyhivskyi, 39 people have been rescued.
The strike caused significant destruction to apartment buildings in Lviv. Dozens of people were injured, including children. A police officer and a rescuer were wounded. The ceilings between floors were destroyed - we deployed high-altitude equipment to evacuate residents. We have already managed to rescue 39 people. A mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is also working at the strike site - citizens can quickly restore lost documents
Currently, emergency rescue and search operations are ongoing. According to preliminary data, people may still be under the rubble.
Rescuers, medics, law enforcement officers, and other emergency services are working at the sites. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service are providing assistance to the victims and their relatives
