Russian troops attacked Kherson at night, one of the departments of a medical institution was seriously damaged, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin said on Thursday, UNN reports.

According to the head of the JMA, the shells also hit a residential building where people were staying. "It was a miracle that no one was hurt," Prokudin said.
