Committed a sexual crime against a minor and filmed everything: two boys sent to pre-trial detention in Kharkiv region

Two suspects were detained in the Kharkiv region for committing a sexual crime against a minor and distributing pornography. Both suspects were sent to a pre-trial detention center without the right to bail. UNN reports this with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

A 14-year-old boy recently lost his mother and was in a vulnerable state. He worked part-time for a 20-year-old man, but after accidentally damaging property, namely a broken mirror, the man, together with his 15-year-old friend, began to systematically humiliate the teenager, causing him moral suffering.

In July 2025, the suspects caught up with the victim on the street, took him to an abandoned building and gave him a choice - beating or a cynical act of a sexual nature 

According to the investigation, in addition to the sexual crime, physical force was also used on the teenager. One of the suspects filmed the crime and then distributed the file in private correspondence.

Currently, both suspects have been given a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail.

A 20-year-old man has been charged with torture, committing sexual acts by a group of people, producing and distributing child pornography, and forcing a minor to participate in its creation (Part 1 of Article 127, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 3 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
