On Heroiv Kharkova Avenue, an Audi driver struck two pedestrians who were crossing the road in an unauthorized area. An 18-year-old youth died at the scene, while his female companion was hospitalized with injuries.
In Kharkiv, an 18-year-old young man was killed and his female friend was taken to the hospital as a result of an accident that occurred on the evening of May 20 near the "Armiiska" metro station. This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement from the Kharkiv Region Police and local social media groups.

It is noted that the accident occurred on May 20 at around 21:30 on Heroiv Kharkova Avenue.
Preliminary findings established that a 38-year-old AUDI driver struck two pedestrians who were crossing the roadway outside of a pedestrian crossing. An 18-year-old young man died as a result of the accident. A woman was also injured; she was taken to the hospital with injuries,
It is indicated that an investigative-operational group is working at the scene. The issue of opening criminal proceedings under Art. 286 (violation of road traffic safety rules or operation of transport by persons managing vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being decided.
