General Staff confirmed the strike on the oil refinery in Perm and the occupiers' training ground

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" oil refinery and the enemy training ground, reports UNN.

"On July 29 and the night of July 30, 2026, as part of reducing the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important enemy facilities," the General Staff stated.

On July 29, a strike was carried out on the "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" oil refinery in Perm, Perm Krai, Russian Federation. A hit on the facility was recorded, followed by a fire on the enterprise's territory

"Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" is one of the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation. The enterprise's capacity is about 13 million tons of oil per year. The plant produces automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, bitumen, lubricants, and other petroleum products used, in particular, to meet the needs of the military-industrial complex and the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

"In addition, Ukrainian soldiers struck the 'Prymorskyi Posad' training ground in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. The extent of the damage is being clarified," the General Staff's statement reads.

Furthermore, on July 30, the Wildberries logistics hub in Penza was struck. As reported by the Ukrainian company Fire Point, the strikes were carried out using FP-1 UAVs.

The logistics complex is one of the regional centers for processing and distributing goods. Its area is about 180,000 m², making it one of the company's largest logistics hubs.

"Large volumes of cargo pass through such hubs, including dual-use products sold through Russian marketplaces," the statement reads.
