Two teenagers led four men who were trying to illegally cross the border from Ukraine to Hungary by boat, charging between $2,000 and $9,000 per person.

In Transcarpathia, on the border with Hungary, border guards intercepted four fugitives who were about to cross the Tisza River in a rubber boat. The route was planned by two teenagers. The border crossers paid from 2 to 9 thousand dollars each for the trip. The case was reportedby the State Border Guard Service, UNN reports.

Two 14-year-old teenagers were leading four men who were carrying rubber boats with them, as they planned to cross the Tisza River. The men, residents of Sumy, Lviv, Mykolaiv, and Zakarpattia regions, paid between $2,000 and $9,000 for their "escorted voyage.

The border violators were detained by soldiers from the Vylok department of the Mukachevo Detachment.

Law enforcement officers are currently establishing who else was involved in organizing the illegal trip. Border guards sent a report on detection of signs of a crime under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine" to the National Police.
