The Seoul Central District Court is scheduled to begin hearings on Yoon's charges of insurrection at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. As a defendant, Yoon must be present at the hearing
The publication points out that Yoon will be the fifth former President of South Korea to face criminal court.
He will be admitted to the court through the underground parking lot, the court has established security measures against possible rallies near the courthouse. The media is prohibited from taking photos in the courtroom before the trial begins
