Kyiv • UNN
The Verkhovna Rada again failed to remove Mariana Bezuhla from the National Security and Defense Committee. The 'Servants of the People' party reportedly left the meeting of the Regulatory Committee, disrupting the quorum.
The Verkhovna Rada again - for the third time - did not support the expulsion of MP Mariana Bezuhla from the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, MP Serhiy Yevtushok and Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported, UNN writes.
Details
"Just now, when the Regulatory Committee was considering the issue of Bezuhla's expulsion from the National Security and Defense Committee, the 'servants' (except for the committee chairman) demonstratively left the meeting, disrupting the quorum. Mariana remains in the committee's crosshairs," Yevtushok wrote on Facebook.
"...strange miracles are happening at the Regulatory Committee to exclude Mariana from the Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada. Given that this is the third time that the "servants" themselves initiate the expulsion of Bezuhla from the National Security Committee..... and the "servants" themselves then heroically block it..." - Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram.
