The State Bureau of Investigation has served three people with a notice of suspicion for hooliganism in a Poltava restaurant.
The State Bureau of Investigation notified the suspects of the beating of a Kyiv resident in a restaurant in Poltava, said Tatiana Sapian, a communications adviser to the State Bureau of Investigation, on the air of one of the TV channels, UNN reports.
First of all, three men have been detained, one of them is a local law enforcement officer, and a well-known businessman with a criminal record in Poltava, as well as his assistant. As of today, at this hour, I can say in the affirmative that they have not only been detained, but they have been notified of suspicion of hooliganism committed by a group of people, and this is Article 296, part two of the Criminal Code. In addition, the prosecution will ask, and I think it will happen in the next few hours, for a measure of restraint - round-the-clock house arrest
