According to media reports, Yalta, Yevpatoria, Alushta, and Simferopol are partially without power. According to Russian Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, the power outage is due to abnormally hot weather.
"The accidents are primarily related to an increase in the load on the power system due to the use of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment," the statement said.

According to the occupation official, the most difficult situation is in Alushta and the surrounding areas of the city district. There, after the gas pipeline accident, the load on the power grid has increased dramatically.
Earlier, a number of streets in Sevastopol were left without electricity due to the storm that hit the city on the night of June 15.
