According to media reports, Yalta, Yevpatoria, Alushta, and Simferopol are partially without power. According to Russian Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, the power outage is due to abnormally hot weather.

"The accidents are primarily related to an increase in the load on the power system due to the use of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment," the statement said.
