Due to shelling in Ukraine, more than 8,000 consumers lost power, and over a thousand more are without gas

Consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya and Sumy regions were left without electricity as a result of hostile attacks. Damage to gas pipelines left more than a thousand customers in four regions without gas.

In Ukraine, more than 8,000 consumers in three regions have been cut off from electricity supply due to enemy shelling , and more than a thousand subscribers in four regions are without gas, UNN reports citing the Energy Ministry.

"More than 8,000 consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Sumy regions were cut off from electricity supply as a result of hostile shelling; more than 1,000 consumers in four regions were cut off from gas supply due to damaged gas pipelines and technical violations," the agency said.
