Freese noted that the MPs made this submission because the provision that established the demobilization of servicemen after 36 months of service was removed from the new draft law on mobilization.
European Solidarity has registered a draft law on establishing clear deadlines for discharge from military service. Given that the draft law on mobilization has been removed from the first version of the draft law, which included a provision on 36 months of service and dismissal by decision of the Stavka, we are defending the right of those who have been at the front since the first day of the war.
