The Army+ app does not store personal data of the military. If the device is captured by the enemy, the administrator can block the account and delete all data. The app's security is constantly monitored and improved.

Military data is not stored in the Army+ app system. If the phone is captured by the enemy,  the system administrator can block the account. This was announced by the head of the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Defense Oleh Berestovyi during a briefing, according to a correspondent of UNN.

"The military data is not stored in the Army+ system. They are pulled from other registers. That is, from the Oberig register or from a bank. We do not store them in the system, so there can be no leakage of this personal data. If your device is captured by the enemy, the system administrator can block your account and any data that is in Army+ at that time will be deleted," Berestovyi said.

Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko said that the Ministry of Defense has engaged absolutely all state teams involved in the protection of digital tools.

"From the security point of view, at this stage we have connected absolutely all government teams that are engaged in the protection of our digital tools, we are now in active, constant monitoring, development of this part of our product," Chernogorenko said.

Roman Zavhorodnyi, head of the Army+ project, emphasized that security is always dynamic.

"You need to understand that security is never static, it is always dynamic. If someone says: we are a secure application, it's not true. (Everything can be hacked - ed.) -  it's a matter of time and approaches. That's why it's always a dynamic work, and we build it dynamically, we never stop, and we won't say that we are 100% secure, it won't be true," Zavhorodniy said.
