Russia has tasked Belarus with keeping Ukrainian forces on edge at the border. Lukashenka is building roads and preparing artillery positions for possible provocations.
Belarus has likely received a directive from Russia, ahead of their spring-summer offensive, to keep our forces on edge. This was stated by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on Telegram, as reported by UNN.
