Kyiv • UNN
The Agency is seeking managers for Zhevago's real estate and a business center owned by sanctioned Russians. The seized assets must work for the economy of Ukraine.

The National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) continues its work on evaluating seized assets and selecting managers. In particular, ARMA has announced a competition for the management of real estate that belonged to the sanctioned oligarch Kostyantyn Zhevago. This was reported by the ARMA press service, according to UNN.
As part of the ARMA reform, all procedures are carried out according to clear criteria for evaluating managers, using transparent competitive mechanisms and a system for monitoring asset management results. Such approaches ensure the minimization of corruption risks and competitive selection conditions,
This refers to real estate owned by LLC "SKN "Modern Commercial Real Estate".
In addition, the agency is taking measures to replace the manager of the "KRYSHTAL" business center — one of the seized assets of LLC "Guta-Sklo", which belonged to Russian citizens Viktor Vinogradov and Andrey Ippolitov, who are subject to sanctions in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
ARMA emphasized that Ukraine is establishing the practice of managing the assets of sanctioned individuals under conditions of war and economic pressure. ARMA stressed that seized assets and property associated with Russian capital must work for the Ukrainian economy and the state.
