About 4,000 foster children from Ukraine are either trapped in the occupied regions or deported to Russia, with conditions of their stay not being controlled.
About 4 thousand foster children ended up in the temporarily occupied territory or were forcibly deported to Russia. This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration, UNN writes.
Currently, about 4 thousand foster children are in the TOT or were deported to the territory of the Russian Federation.

As noted, the guardianship and custody authorities cannot ensure proper control over their living and upbringing conditions. It is also impossible to track their possible further transfer.
In addition, many families with children in families with children in their care have lost contact and the fate of the children is unknown, the agency said.
