A road accident involving an ambulance occurred in Rivne; the three-person emergency medical crew was injured, UNN reports, citing the police of the Rivne region.

It was established that today at around 18:40, a special-purpose vehicle collided with a Dodge Journey driven by a 29-year-old resident of the village of Zaborol at the intersection of Soborna, Knyazia Volodymyra and Knyahyni Olhy streets.
As a result of the accident, the three-person emergency medical crew was injured. Preliminary diagnoses indicate minor injuries.
It is currently known that the ambulance was traveling with its flashing beacons and siren switched on.
An investigator and patrol police officers are working at the scene. Traffic in the specified area is complicated.
