65 out of 80 drones launched by Russia against Ukraine neutralized overnight

On the night of July 29, Russia launched 80 attack UAVs against Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down or suppressed 65 drones, with 14 UAVs hitting 10 locations.
Russia launched 80 drones at Ukraine overnight, 65 of which were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Wednesday, writes UNN.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of July 29 (from 18:00 on July 28), the enemy attacked with 80 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered), Gerbera, Italmas, "Banderol" loitering munitions, and "Parody" type decoy drones from the directions: Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, Prymorsko-Akhtarsk – russia, TOT - Donetsk, Hvardiiske – TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 65 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and drones of other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by 14 strike UAVs were recorded at 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at 2 locations
The attack continues, enemy UAVs are in the airspace.
