Four people died and nine were wounded in the Donetsk region as a result of hostile shelling over the last day. Curfews have been tightened in some cities due to the difficult combat situation, particularly in the 10-kilometer zone from the frontline.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains tense, with 4 people killed and 9 wounded in the last day as a result of shelling. In response to the difficult situation, curfews have been tightened in some cities.

This was stated by the head of the Donetsk RMA Vadim Filashkin during a telethon, UNN reports.

The combat situation in the Donetsk region is very difficult. The enemy is trying to break through our defense line every day. Over the past day alone, the enemy fired 2740 times at Donetsk region, unfortunately, 4 people were killed and 9 were wounded.

- Vadim Filashkin said.

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration says that due to the difficult situation, it was decided to tighten the curfew in the 10-kilometre zone, which is in effect from 17:00 to 09:00.

Only in the settlements: Myrnohrad, Novogrodovka and Selydovo, the curfew will be in effect from 15:00 to 11:00.

‘In the coming days, similar decisions will be made for the towns of Kurakhivka and Hirnyk,’ he added.

Earlier, UNN reported that new curfew schedules are being introduced in Donetsk region depending on the distance to the front. In the settlements closer than 10 km to the front, it will last from 17:00 to 09:00, further than 10 km - from 21:00 to 05:00.
