187 combat engagements in the frontline: the most intense in the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk sectors

Over the past day, 187 combat engagements took place, most of them in the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk sectors. The enemy launched 4 missile and 84 air strikes, losing 1,950 occupants, 23 tanks and 81 armored vehicles.
187 clashes took place on the frontline over the past day, more than half of them in the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk sectors, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in a summary as of 8 a.m. on November 12, UNN reports.
The situation at the front remains difficult. The enemy, using its superiority in manpower and equipment, is continuously attacking our positions. Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the occupiers and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. In total, 187 combat engagements were registered over the last day
According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy launched four missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and localities, using four missiles, as well as 84 air strikes, dropping 145 KABs. In addition, it fired over five thousand times at localities and positions of our troops, 107 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems and used about 1,500 kamikaze drones to attack.
Over the past day, the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces, as indicated, hit ten areas of concentration of personnel and two enemy artillery systems.
According to the General Staff, the situation in these areas is as follows:
In the Kharkiv sector, Russian terrorists unsuccessfully stormed the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of Vovchansk eight times. The village of Kozacha Lopan was attacked by air, where the enemy dropped two guided bombs.
In the Kupyansk sector, three militants' attacks took place over the last day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Kindrashivka, Novoplatonivka and Kolisnykivka.
The enemy actively used aviation in the Lyman direction, the settlements of Zarichne, Lyman and Yampolivka were attacked with guided aerial bombs, and the invaders attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders ten times. They tried to break into our defense near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nevske, Terny, Novomykhailivka and Serebryanka.
In the Siversky sector, one Russian attack near Vyymka was repelled, and terrorists also launched air strikes on the areas of Zakitne, Dronivka and Siversk.
The occupants actively used aviation in the Kramatorsk direction, attacking three times in the Chasovyi Yar area. They were unsuccessful.
Over the past day in the Toretsk sector, the occupants stormed the positions of our defenders four times in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 50 aggressor's offensives in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Hryhorivka, Krutyi Yar, Petrivka, Pustynka, Ukrainka and Lysivka. The main efforts of the enemy attacks were concentrated in the direction of Selydove and Promin.
In the Kurakhove sector, the Defense Forces repelled 57 attacks. The occupants were most actively trying to advance near Illinka, Novoselydivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Voznesenka, Novodmytrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Antonivka, Katerynivka, Kreminna Balka, Sontsivka, Zorya and Kurakhove.
On the Vremivsky direction, the enemy made 14 attacks on our positions in the areas of Trudove, Makarivka, Novodarivka and Rivne. He actively engaged bombers and attack aircraft in the area.
With the support of aviation in the Orikhiv sector, the enemy attacked our positions once near Novoandriyivka yesterday.
Five times, the invaders tried to dislodge the units of the Defense Forces from their positions in the Prydniprovsky direction without success. In addition, the enemy attacked the settlements of Odradokamianka and Vesele with unguided aerial missiles.
No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is using artillery and aviation from the territory of the Russian Federation to target Ukrainian settlements.
According to the General Staff, our soldiers are inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and are actively undermining the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
