The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a plan to fight corruption in medical and social expert commissions and set up a group to review their decisions. MSECs will be liquidated by the end of the year, and inspections will last three months.

The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission deprived Tatiana Montyan of the right to practice law in Ukraine. She is accused of publicly calling against Ukraine and justifying Russian aggression.

In Kharkiv region, two FSB agents were exposed who were collecting coordinates of the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions. A radio telegraph operator was recruited through the promise of a relationship, and a blogger administered a hostile Telegram channel.

The SBU reported that two agents of a Russian GRU who were preparing a terrorist attack in Kyiv were detained. The attackers planned to detonate an improvised explosive device in a crowded place in the capital to spread panic, the SBU said.

Deputy Head of the Prosecutor General's Office Iryna Vereshchuk announced that officials will be checked immediately for false disability diagnoses. The government has a month to amend the legislation on the MSEC.

President Zelenskyy called the reports of the Ministers of Health and Social Policy on the violations of the MSEC unconvincing. He calls for the liquidation of the MSEC by the end of 2024 and the digitalization of the examination process.

Organizers of mobilization evasion schemes were detained in Kyiv and Vinnytsia region. Among the detainees are a lawyer, a military registration and enlistment office official, and a fraudster who helped evade conscription by using forged documents.

President Zelenskyy chaired a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council to discuss abuses in the MSEC. Decisions on digitalization of processes, verification of declarations and review of unjustified decisions on disability of officials were approved.

A Lviv resident who tried to organize the murder of the head of a public organization on the order of russian special services was detained in Odesa. The security forces staged the murder to catch the organizer of the crime.

The SBU and the National Police detained 7 people who tried to sell racist trophy weapons in Dnipro, Zakarpattia, Ternopil and Zhytomyr regions. Grenade launchers, assault rifles and explosives were seized.

The President of Ukraine announced the return of 95 Ukrainians from Russian captivity. Among those released are Azov fighters, defenders of Mariupol and other regions, and human rights activist Maksym Butkevych.

A 37-year-old local resident who collected data on the location of Ukrainian troops for the fsb was detained in Kharkiv region. The suspect faces life in prison for high treason.

In Kharkiv, law enforcement officers exposed a 33-year-old construction worker who worked for the FB site. He was transmitting information about the location of Ukrainian troops and the consequences of rocket attacks on the city.

An employee of Ukrenergo was suspended from his position on suspicion of justifying armed Russian aggression. The company has set up an internal commission for an internal review and is cooperating with the SBU investigation.

Law enforcement officers exposed corruption schemes in Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Zakarpattia. Among the organizers are heads of private universities and military registration and enlistment office officials who helped evade the draft for money.

The government has approved a pilot project to recruit to the Defense Forces through the Diia app. Citizens aged 18-55 will be able to choose a military unit and specialty, and apply for contract service through the Diia portal.

The SBU detained a 43-year-old local resident who was passing information about the location of Ukrainian troops to the enemy. The suspect faces up to 12 years in prison for unauthorized dissemination of information about the Armed Forces under martial law.

The Defense Ministry reported 804 applications to army recruitment centers over the past week. A total of 20,954 citizens applied to the centers, of which 5,230 became candidates for the Defense Forces.

Four minors were detained in Chernihiv region who damaged railroad equipment on the instructions of Russian special services. The teenagers face life imprisonment for sabotage under martial law.

The SBU detained two Russian agents who were installing hidden cameras near strategic facilities to adjust missile strikes. The offenders face life imprisonment for high treason.

A rally in memory of Ukrainian journalist Viktoria Roshchyna, who died in Russian captivity, is held on Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Roshchyna was held in a Taganrog detention center and a colony in occupied Berdiansk, where she was tortured.

Satellite images showing damage to Shahed drone warehouses near Yeysk after an attack by Ukrainian drones are published. About 400 attack drones were stored at the base.

An ISIS member who illegally arrived in Ukraine and was hiding from Interpol was detained in Kyiv. The offender was engaged in smuggling militants to Syria and tried to establish a channel for legalizing immigrants from countries with a terrorist risk.

Investigators of the Pechersk Police Department are investigating possible abuses by Zyma, director of the NBU's legal department. It is planned to interrogate him and identify the victims in the case.

The Finnish National Bureau of Investigation has completed an investigation against a Russian citizen for war crimes in Ukraine in 2014. The case file will be transferred to the prosecutor's office, and a decision on charges should be made by October 31, 2024.

The criminal proceedings into the disappearance of journalist Viktoria Roshchyna have been reclassified as a war crime with premeditated murder. Roshchyna disappeared in August 2023 in the occupied territories.

The SBU detained a provocateur who mocked the Maidan victims and justified the occupiers' war crimes. The court imposed a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention without bail, the suspect faces up to 8 years in prison.

The Lviv Court of Appeal rejected Ostap Stakhiv's appeal against the preventive measure. The court upheld the decision to hold him in custody without bail until November 30.

In Kyiv and Kherson, 6 people were detained for helping to evade the draft. Among the detainees are lawyers, TCC officials, and an employee of the ASC, and they face up to 10 years in prison.

The Register of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances contains more than 59,000 people, of whom 49,000 are wanted. There are 1769 children among the missing, and there are 20 National Police search centers.
