Zelenskyy and Starmer discussed defense support, the fight against the Russian shadow fleet, and energy. Ukraine is ready for trilateral negotiations for peace.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and discussed defense support, increasing pressure on Russia, and the prospects for negotiations. The head of state reported this on Telegram, according to UNN.
We in Ukraine appreciate all of Britain's steps to support our people and weaken the aggressor, particularly in the fight against the Russian shadow fleet. We spoke about this today with Keir. The President also informed Starmer that Ukraine is ready for the next round of negotiations in a trilateral format. The negotiation process to achieve a just and dignified peace was also among the topics of discussion.
